CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all courses, training programs, webinars, internships, and services offered by Space Borne eCourses.


1. Cancellation by Student

Students may request cancellation before:

  • Course access is granted
  • Live training begins
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issue from our side preventing course access
  • Course cancellation by Space Borne

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Failure to attend classes
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Software incompatibility on student devices
  • Incomplete participation

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

5. Rescheduling Rights

Space Borne reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions
  • Change trainers
  • Modify course structure
  • Update syllabus
without prior notice where operationally necessary.

6. Termination Without Refund

Access may be terminated without refund for:

  • Misconduct
  • Piracy
  • Unauthorized sharing of materials
  • Abuse toward trainers or staff
